Move your home into our community!

We would love to have you join our community. Check out the steps below to find out what it takes to join our community.

The first step to consider your home is for us to consider you as a resident!

Joining our community starts with four, non negotiable requirements;
1- You must have a verifiable income of $1,500 per month. 
This is gross, before taxes, insurance, or other expenses are taken from your check. This is also ‘household income’ meaning if more than one person will live in your home,  all verifiable incomes can add up to $1,500 or more, per month. We will ask for documents supporting your stated income.
2- No “offense(s) of violence” or drug related convictions in the last 5 years. The first thing the application does is pull a background check. If you have any “offense(s) of violence” or drug convictions on there, it will come up.
3- No sexually related convictions or registered sex offenders. Again, the background check will pull this up.
4- No pending or past evictions in the last 5 years.  County court records are checked for evictions as part of your application review.

*In addition, if you are convicted of any “offense(s) of violence”, drug related, or sexually related conviction during your residency in our community, you will be given a 30 day notice to move and we will not renew your lease.

If the above requirements are no issue for you, we need information about your home. 
If you meet our minimum requirements, we would need pictures of all four exterior sides of your home, width/length of the home, year built, confirm you have title, etc texted to our text only help line 937/468-5286. We need to make sure we have a vacant lot that is large enough and would work for you. Depending on the community we may have a program or two that could help you pay for some of the transport cost and setting costs. Once we learn the details of your home we can see what program may qualify to help you financially.
